Well, it's spring flooding season in the maritimes again and as usual the media is treating it as if it's unusual. Same damn thing happens every year people! Get over it! Mother nature is cyclical in her behaviour so you'd better start paying attention!
Bah. Trying to lose weight and I have to remind myself that I don't need to eat 24/7. I am so bored what with not having a full time job and I finished my sox I was knitting and I finished my crochet pentacle and I am bored beyond belief. I miss having Deb around to spend time with and go for walks with. I need to make a new friend or get used to being alone. I should have gotten a dog so I would have a friend to go for walks with. I don't think any of the cats would be up for long outdoor hikes on the leash.
Oh well, time for coffee and to watch Extreme Makeover Home Edition before getting cleaned up and ready for work.
